Jason Julian Co-founder

Jason began his career in 1991 advising clients on their financial/insurance portfolios across Ontario. He has had experience in sales and consulting on employer benefits and many other financial products/services as well as corporate experience training advisors and building consumer insurance and wellness products.

Jason loves people, building relationships and connecting with them to understand their needs and provide valuable solutions.

Clients quickly recognize Jason’s passion for the industry and dedication to service. He is committed to serving with purpose. Recently, Jason became a bestselling co-author with his book, “The Slick Sales Agent,” which chronicles his sales journey and cautions other sales agents about his health challenges, encouraging them to learn from his health transformation. This pivotal health realization led him to write the book and become a certified Brain Health Professional, advocating for a prevention-first, whole-health approach.

A 3 year journey in the healthcare industry combined with his extensive insurance background, led to his current role as Vice President and creator of the Group Benefits division for a major insurance distributor in Canada. In this position, Jason envisions integrating health systems and a prevention-focused model, emphasizing brain health, into employer groups across Canada. There is a large gap in the employer market with respect to the mental health crisis that Jason and his leadership team will focus on addressing with a revolutionary approach. The Group Benefits division coupled with a strategic partner company will transform the delivery and effectiveness of resources and products to assist Canadians in their day to day lives.

A dedicated community servant, Jason has served on the boards of his local MS Society, Junior Achievement, and most recently as a member of the Mental Health Committee for Benefits Alliance Canada. In his spare time, Jason cherishes spending time with his family.
