About Us

Anthony Rodrigo Founder | Chair
A leadership role as Chief Wellness Officer in the MGA space; a first in Canada and possibly North America. Anthony has developed a unique method to navigate away from the pervasive stigma and action, a new narrative for employers experiencing significant financial productivity losses (fueled by the mental health crisis) in Canada; demonstrating ROI, VOI, and LTV. Leaning on his dual career as a private practice Traditional, Complementary & Alternative Medicine (TCIM) healthcare professional and morbidity insurance product design partner.
Anthony is an active, certified Brain health professional. Coupled with his recent certification(s) in the standard, offered through the Canadian Mental Health Association CAMH; Workplace Psychological Health & Safety. And currently Canada’s only accredited Workplace Health & Performance certification through Wellness Works.
Anthony is a tenured mental health worker | child and youth worker in dually diagnosed populations and traumatic brain injury. Early in his career, Anthony had the unique experience as a team member treating and assessing sexually predatory behavior in a first in Canada pilot project. An experience that would (further) fuel and shape his natural instinct to support people in the care of their health and his interest in the human condition, the brain, behavior and improving the quality of health remaining for any given individual.
Jason Julian Co-founder
Jason began his career in 1991 advising clients on their financial/insurance portfolios across Ontario. He has had experience in sales and consulting on employer benefits and many other financial products/services as well as corporate experience training advisors and building consumer insurance and wellness products.
Jason loves people, building relationships and connecting with them to understand their needs and provide valuable solutions.
Clients quickly recognize Jason’s passion for the industry and dedication to service. He is committed to serving with purpose. Recently, Jason became a bestselling co-author with his book, “The Slick Sales Agent,” which chronicles his sales journey and cautions other sales agents about his health challenges, encouraging them to learn from his health transformation. This pivotal health realization led him to write the book and become a certified Brain Health Professional, advocating for a prevention-first, whole-health approach.
A 3 year journey in the healthcare industry combined with his extensive insurance background, led to his current role as Vice President and creator of the Group Benefits division for a major insurance distributor in Canada. In this position, Jason envisions integrating health systems and a prevention-focused model, emphasizing brain health, into employer groups across Canada. There is a large gap in the employer market with respect to the mental health crisis that Jason and his leadership team will focus on addressing with a revolutionary approach. The Group Benefits division coupled with a strategic partner company will transform the delivery and effectiveness of resources and products to assist Canadians in their day to day lives.
A dedicated community servant, Jason has served on the boards of his local MS Society, Junior Achievement, and most recently as a member of the Mental Health Committee for Benefits Alliance Canada. In his spare time, Jason cherishes spending time with his family.
